setAircraftMaxHeight

ServerMiscellaneousIdentical to MTA:SA

Sets the maximum flight height of planes and helicopters (0-10000). The value is stored for compatibility with existing scripts (getAircraftMaxHeight) but does not change the in-game limit yet.
