Syntax

Arguments

theFilefile

A file handle.

string1string

The first string.

...string, optional

More strings.

Returns

Number of bytes written, or false (e.g. a read-only file).

fileWrite(file, "gracz;punkty\n", "Jan;150\n", "Ola;210\n")
fileClose(file)

• fileReadReads the given number of bytes from the current position and moves the position. At the end of the file it returns an empty string. Binary data is returned unchanged.
• fileFlushWrites buffered file data to disk without closing it. Useful for logs that must survive a crash.
