Stores whether a helicopter's rotor should spin.
Syntax
bool setVehicleRotorState(vehicle vehicle, bool value)Arguments

Differences from MTA:SA

In MTA:SA
setVehicleRotorState(vehicle theVehicle, bool state, bool stopRotor = true)Returns
true on success.
